Humana People to People’s Total Control of the Epidemic (TCE) program organizes individuals and communities in the fight against HIV/AIDS and other rampant diseases such as malaria and tuberculosis. TCE is based on the principle that individual action — bolstered by government and civic organizational efforts — are key to stopping an epidemic. It is a principle that penetrates every initiative and is reflected in the core TCE tenet: "Only the people can liberate themselves from the epidemics."
